NO! It's all about ME!

Hi, this is me and my first blog! As this is my first blog I decided that a photo collage would be the way to go! If my English is not appropriate I have an excuse that I am South African born and raised and English is my second language. What is your excuse???

I am a Fashionista! I am an Adventurist! I am a Traveler!
Like I said I was born and raised in Ermelo, Mpumalanga (tongue twister), South Africa....and this is where the pictures start....

I love my South Africa! It is a different world, it is the world I know and grew up with. I have a lot of friends in South Africa.... amongst them is the Hyena, the one animal I find the most fascinating and every time I see it I cannot help but laugh, just like a Hyena.

I came to South Dakota in 2006 on an impulse, I am a "spur of the moment" kinda gal (even speaking like a true South Dakotan now - never in my life thought "gal" was even a word.) I left South Africa to start traveling the world and experience snow. I got blessed with Chamberlain South Dakota, and what a blessing it is. Long story short, I met my wonderful boss and great friend Chelsea Pickner, owner of Chelsea's Boutique who gave me the opportunity to start living out my fashion dream. Come on all you girls/gals, who is not in love with fashion? Who does not want to do a job they love every day? I love my job! I manage Chelsea's Boutique and it is total BLISS! Thank you Chelsea!

Ok, back to ME, cause ME is what we are talking about. Just between us, I am having fun talking about myself, don't get to do that a whole lot....back to pictures....

Oh goodness, enough about me already!!! This blogging thing is fun, so if you are willing to continue with ME, cause lets admit, it is ALL ABOUT ME, I will tell you about where I got married...

I did the American thing, I got married in Las Vegas, to my American Sweetheart Jim.

I have a long life passion for the food and wine industry, got my Foundation and Advanced certificate in Wine Sommelier and had the honor of meeting Celebrity Chef Micheal Chiarello.

Got to taste his amazing food and sat through a wine seminar he presented, although this is a picture of me outside of his restaurant in Nappa Valley, only cause I cannot afford to have a meal inside....

Back to fashion, cause that is what I am here for....keep reading this blog, cause you got through the tough part of staring at my face, from now on it will be strictly fashion! I will be traveling to South Africa in a couple of months and so excited to be sharing the fashion trends from there, my heart, my place, my home, my fashion! Got to love South Africa, got to love fashion!

Oh and Chelsea....you are going to be sorry for asking me to blog, cause I can't shut up!!!
